Join us on September 5, 12, 19, & 25th, as Dr. Haney leads us in a deep exploration of what it means not only to be "Blessed", but what it means to BE that "Blessing." We'll look at Ephesians 2:10, Psalm 37:3-6, Proverbs 22:9, Acts 20:35, and John 1:16, and examine what it is we can do with those realizations. How can a "Blessing" turn us into a superhero? How have superheroes been present in our lives? Join us and find out!

BE A BLESSING Commitment Sunday & Gospel Brunch
Sunday September 26
Join us for a special service at 8:30 in the Chapel, or 9:45 & 11:15 in the Home for Hope, followed by a Gospel Brunch immediately following each service. The Gospel Brunch following the 8:30 service will take place at the Chapel Plaza and will feature Johnny Ray Watson, Joe Morales & Mac Bynum. The Gospel Brunch following the 9:45 or 11:15 services will take place in the Fellowship Hall, and will feature Warren Hood & The Goods, as well as Riverbend's "Outside Voices" children's choir. A special Children's Celebration Park full of moon jumps & games will be taking place at the mulch parking lot next to Fellowship Hall.
With an incredible range and a dynamic lyrical talent, Jordan Whitmore joins us at Riverbend on October 3rd. Having grown up in Texas, it took Whitmore some time to get to the Live Music Capital, but when she did, she hit the ground running. In short order, she's become a staple in the live music scene and has an album/recording project in the works, Riverbend is proud to welcome one of its favorites, Jordan to our services on October 3rd.
Riverbend will welcome back the incredible talent, Carolyn Wonderland, to the stage, October 10th as we announce and celebrate the results of our Building A Blessing Pledge Commitments. She'll be bringing some special guests, so stay tuned for all the details.
