It's not unusual for churches to obtain some debt.  If we could eliminate Riverbend's debt, it would greatly increase our financial strength so that we can accomplish more of what God wants us to do.

This campaign shows that Riverbend is in pursuit of this generation.  We are on the cutting edge of taking risks and God will not let us fail.  We are not trying to build a facility just for Riverbend kids.  We want every child in the city to come here and feel welcomed at any time.

Carlton Dillard

The three R's of Riverbend will be carried out in this student/children's center.  It will RECLAIM he students that don't go to church, RESTORE the ones who used to, and REPRODUCE other believers from the students who grow and learn about Jesus Christ in this building.

Will & Barbara Shepherd

We have been members since the very beginning.  We have raised out children here and we will be buried here in the Remembrance Gardens.  To see this wonderful new building full of kids is an answer to our prayers.  How can we not do it?

Chris Welhausen

Just coming back from my mission trip to El Salvador, I've been shown how someone can give so much when they have nothing.  When I became and "official youth" here at Riverbend, I saw the exact same thing happen.  I was loved 24/7, not just on Sundays.  People here really give all they have and all I can say to the upcoming youth that will be using this facility is "Get Ready!"
